So I'm assuming basically every guard knows Luffy is made of rubber, yes? Yet this "madillo-man" was adamant on telling Luffy he has sea prism bullets. Why? He should know Luffy can deflect bullets right? Suppose these bullets magically don't bounce and actually work, shouldnt you not tell him? So he would let them bounce not knowing what they really were? C'mon Oda
